Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX – Onsite 3 Days per Week

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Could Extend then Convert)

Pay Rate: $80-82 per hour depending on experience during contract

Chamberlain Advisors is partnering with a leading equity derivatives clearing organization to hire an experienced Senior ServiceNow Integration & Platform Engineer to join their ServiceNow platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrations, low-code configurations, and consultative services aligned with OCC requirements. What You Will Be Accountable For

• Design, develop, and deploy configurations and integrations within the existing ServiceNow platform.
• Implement out-of-box capabilities and low-code/low-complexity solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and integrate new product capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to overall technical strategy and platform architecture.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to established SDLC procedures, quality standards, security controls, audit requirements, and performance expectations.
• Recommend and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
• Provide product support for system functionality, including troubleshooting and implementing required fixes.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and user experience.
  
  

What Qualifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7 years of professional IT experience
• 5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow modules, including:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro)
• Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• 3 years of JavaScript development experience
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration frameworks
• Ability to recommend, document, and enforce coding standards
• Experience working within SAFe, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
