What You Will Be Accountable For
- Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training materials, including facilitator guides and participant resources
- Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to create learner-centric content
- Manage complex learning projects with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Execute project tasks and coordinate activities across learning workstreams
- Develop and lead train-the-trainer sessions, and support delivery of instructor-led training when needed
- Leverage tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Qualtrics, and Microsoft Suite to support content development, program delivery, and feedback analysis
- Develop clear and concise communications and stakeholder updates to support learning initiatives
- Establish, track, and analyze learning metrics and feedback to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement
- Create compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint to communicate outcomes and recommendations to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in instructional design and learning development
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Rise, and Articulate 360
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage change, ambiguity, and competing priorities effectively
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the role
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
