What You Will Be Accountable For
- Coordinate a high volume of virtual and in-person interviews by partnering with hiring leaders and candidates to ensure timely scheduling.
- Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Collect, validate, and process employment-related documentation for new hires, excluding payroll and benefits administration.
- Support onboarding activities such as I-9 processing, license verification, background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and documentation validation.
- Assist with intern onboarding and orientation activities, including submitting onboarding requests and communicating next steps to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate travel and hotel arrangements when required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for campus recruiting events, managing logistics such as room reservations, catering, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Partner with recruiters and campus recruiting team members to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within recruiting systems and tracking tools.
- 2 years of experience supporting staffing, recruiting, or recruiting operations functions.
- Prior experience supporting a campus recruitment or early careers program is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of activity.
- Strong time management and follow-through, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
