This client operates under the jurisdiction of both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and now provides central counterparty clearing and settlement services to 19 exchanges and trading platforms for options, financial futures, security futures, and securities lending transactions.

What You Will Be Accountable For
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and requirements.
- Deliver integrations, out-of-box configurations, and enhancements across s ServiceNow modules.
- Provide consultative support to engineering teams on low-code development and platform best practices.
- Contribute to architectural direction, technical strategies, and solution planning across multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Guide and mentor engineers on system design, integration approaches, and platform capabilities.
- Follow established SDLC processes to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with functional and security requirements.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, audit requirements, and external reporting needs.
- Manage product support activities related to system functionality.
- Diagnose platform issues and implement fixes and enhancements as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of professional IT experience
- IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), Security Operations (SecOps)
- 3 years of JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration frameworks
- Ability to recommend, document, and enforce coding standards
- Experience working within SAFe, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
