- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
- Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferred
