Role Description
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage and service a book of business, ensuring satisfaction and retention of commercial clients. Daily tasks include providing expert advice on commercial lines coverage, addressing customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and coordinating renewals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorham, ME, requiring a proactive approach and client-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and a strong understanding of industry practices and trends
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills, with attention to client needs and satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- P&C license
- Experience with AMS360
