Our mission is simple: bring the joy of sports to athletes of all ages by delivering quality uniforms at an exceptional value, backed by outstanding customer service.

There is something special about the moment an athlete receives their uniform for the first time. It represents belonging, pride, teamwork, and being part of something bigger. That is what drives us and it is why we care deeply about what we do and the people we do it with.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Scheduling Coordinator at our Kansas City headquarters, you will play a integral role in keeping our operation moving. You will own the day-to-day coordination of production and warehouse schedules, balancing customer needs, available resources, materials, equipment, and labor to keep orders moving and ensure we deliver on our promises.

This is a highly collaborative role that works across Operations, Production, Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, and Sales. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

More than simply maintaining a schedule, this role is about anticipating challenges, solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping the entire team perform at its best.

If you are someone who enjoys figuring things out, keeping people moving in the same direction, and making a tangible impact every day, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the daily production schedule by reviewing sales backlog, customer requirements, capacity, and available resources to create an efficient master schedule.
  • Prioritize customer orders based on deadlines, customer commitments, production requirements, and available capacity.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust schedules based on changing order specifications, staffing, materials, equipment, and production capabilities.
  • Coordinate the flow of orders between departments, clearly communicating quantities, priorities, completion dates, and other critical requirements.
  • Partner closely with Operations Management, Supervisors, Planning, Purchasing, and Sales to identify potential challenges before they impact customers.
  • Participate in cross-functional production meetings to review completed work, address current issues, validate lead times, and align on priorities.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic visual reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into order status, production progress, capacity, and potential delays.
  • Communicate schedule changes and critical updates quickly and effectively to the appropriate teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring scheduling challenges and help develop solutions.
  • Work hands-on with operational teams while also contributing to longer-term projects and process improvements.
  • Use data, critical thinking, and sound judgment to balance competing priorities and keep work moving.
  • Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the operation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in production scheduling, operations, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or a related environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and the factors that impact efficient manufacturing and distribution.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with numbers, schedules, deadlines, and operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach combined with the ability to think strategically about longer-term improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate options, identify potential impacts, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable when priorities shift.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Confidence to ask questions, raise concerns, challenge inefficiencies, and help find better ways of doing things.
  • A team-first mindset and genuine interest in helping the people around you succeed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role, success means more than keeping a schedule updated. You'll help ensure that:

  • The right work gets to the right department at the right time.
  • Customer commitments are visible and prioritized.
  • Production and warehouse teams have clear direction.
  • Potential bottlenecks are identified before they become problems.
  • Teams communicate effectively when priorities change.
  • Leadership has accurate visibility into order status and capacity.
  • We continually find better, faster, and smarter ways to get the job done.
