What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at Challenger School Human Resources?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working individual for a on-site position in the Human Resources Department at our Corporate Office, located in Sandy, UT.
Candidates must be self-motivated and have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. No HR experience is necessary. Must have solid MS Office skills. Experience with HRIS, especially Dayforce / Ceridian will be given preference. Daily tasks include record retention, onboarding, and verifications.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn a wide variety of HR functions and gain valuable HR experience.

Challenger School is an independent, non-profit private school. We operate 27 campuses in California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Texas, with more than 10,000 preschool to eighth grade students enrolled annually.
