What You'll Do
This will be a 1st Shift 7am - 4pm M-F position located at our Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our team!
What You'll Do
- Revise and improve Job Element Sheets (JES) to:
- Increase clarity and ease of use
- Add detailed documentation for machine movement during load processes
- Improve overall process transparency and consistency
- Evaluate and implement necessary material layout adjustments within operations and sub-operations to improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze and combine operations where feasible to:
- Maximize efficiency
- Reduce manpower requirements
- Maintain required cycle times
- Prevent quality defects
- Lead improvement initiatives across 39 RTO processes, with focused enhancements on 22 identified areas requiring:
- JES updates
- Visual aid development
- Process layout improvements
- Increased operational versatility
- Reduced training time
- Improved cycle time performance
- Ensure all process improvements align with safety, quality, and production standards.
This will be a 1st Shift 7am - 4pm M-F position located at our Plant in Spartanburg, SC.
What You Need To Have
- Must be pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial Management from a accredited college or university
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to be considered for the Internship program
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in global manufacturing environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
