Responsibilities
- Maximizing cargo loads to align with sales bookings and capacity.
- Adhering to all security regulations and industry compliance standards.
- Building pallets according to operational requirements and sales department needs.
- Liaising with service providers in real time to ensure flight buildup remains on schedule.
- Ensuring all shipments booked for a flight are successfully processed and loaded.
- Traveling to secondary airports to provide operational and security support for charter flights as required.
Minimum requirement: High School Diploma
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in similar jobs
- Experience in Cargo airline / Freight Forwarder companies/ GSA is an advantage
- Very good communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work around the clock (24/7)
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Energetic with strong work ethic
- Ability to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
