Job Description: Responsible for performing production needs for commercial customers under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. Job task will meet production needs and contract deadlines while working in assembly line production process as outlined in the SOW. |

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Perform production duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals.
- Work the hours as defined by the supervisor.
- Prepare the equipment and material for next day’s use.
- Use pallet jack to safely for its intended purposes.
- Use vehicles, machines, equipment, and material safely.
- Perform equipment safety checks prior to use.
- Use personal protective equipment when performing job duties.
- Maintain all safety standards as set forth in the agency safety manual and required by the supervisor.
- Pickup and delivery of materials to customer facilities.
- Act as alternate Shred for Good Customer Service Representative driver when necessary
- Report Directly to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in production and quality assurance needs.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience driving box trucks preferred.
Qualifications
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to pass a local and Level 2 background check.
Must have a clean three-year MVR.

Ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, reach above shoulders.

Salary : $15
