Position specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in providing academic instruction to allow all learners to access the curriculum and reach high standards.
• Review, update and maintain confidential files, maintain confidentiality and security of documentation.
• Substitute Teaching
• Compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Maintain good relationships with students, families, supervisors, and peers.
• Participate in parent & teacher meetings as needed.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Conduct small intervention groups for students of all learning levels
  
  

Qualifications for Assistants:

AA degree

Para-professional certificate preferred

Certified teachers encouraged to apply

Core Knowledge Curriculum experience a plus!
