Pay: $20-25 per hour (pay based on experience)
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week

Location: Mix of on-site clinical work and remote tasks
About the Role
You will support a growing anesthesia group across both clinical and administrative operations. This role blends hands-on patient support with office coordination and light marketing responsibilities. You will work closely with anesthesia providers to keep cases running smoothly while also helping manage day-to-day office needs.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Assist anesthesia providers with post-op patient monitoring
- Support room turnover between cases to maintain efficiency
- Prepare and organize basic anesthesia equipment and supplies
Operations and Office Support
- Manage inventory and track supply levels
- Coordinate and schedule patients for office-based procedures
- Maintain organized records and assist with daily workflow tasks
Marketing and Admin
- Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Assist with basic branding and marketing materials
- Handle light administrative duties as needed
Remote Work
- 5 to 10 hours per week completed remotely for scheduling, inventory tracking, and social media
Travel Requirements
- Travel between Saginaw, Sheridan, and Saline with occasional coverage in Hillsdale
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- Per diem provided when applicable
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva or Adobe design tools
- Familiarity with posting and managing social media platforms
- EMT training or clinical experience
Requirements
- Current BLS certification
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical setting
