About the role
Business Sourcer will help drive top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across various organizations within the company. As a Business Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to help us scale and build the future of Machine Learning. You’ll partner closely with our founders, engineering leadership, and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. This is a mission-critical role: our product and engineering teams are at the heart of our growth.
We're in the office 5 days a week. When unavoidable conflicts come up, we’re flexible. This is not a hybrid role.
What you will do
- Identify, engage, and recruit top talent for various sales and marketing roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in business recruiting or business sourcing in tech-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of data science, software engineering, and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
