Job Description
The Chalk Line sales representatives generate new business opportunities and maintain long term customer relationships by learning the ins and outs of both roofing and insurance, to best provide homeowners with roofing solutions that benefit them financially and help take something important off their plate. We will teach you all necessary information and processes to master the craft, although it does require self discipline and a good work ethic to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting customers
- Inspecting roofs for qualifying damage
- Opening insurance claims on behalf of the homeowner
- Explaining the process as well as answering any questions to build a trusting relationship between Chalk Line and the customer
- Effectively manage assigned area
- Carry yourself with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the United States
- Able to speak English fluently, Spanish is a plus
- Developed communication skills
- Able to keep a level head in uncomfortable situations
- Patience and a desire to help others
- Previous sales experience is ideal but not necessary [LDS Missions count!:)]
