Job Type: Seasonal Part-time or Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday, daytime hours during peak shipping season
About Us: Chalily is a 15-year-old, family-run pond and garden business shipping aquatic plants and pond supplies nationwide. We've also opened a brand-new 5.5-acre garden center in Wildwood, MO (formerly Fahr Greenhouses).
Ideal for Someone Who:
- Shows up on time and takes pride in their work
- Is comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Can handle physical tasks — lifting, bending, staying on their feet
- Works well independently and jumps in where help is needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and shipping customer orders accurately and on time
- Cleaning and trimming plants to prepare them for shipment
- Assembling and packaging products for safe transit
- Working in the production greenhouse
- Shoveling soil and assisting with general plant upkeep
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Greenhouse work may occur in temperatures exceeding 100°F
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
