Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Shift: Retail hours are 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week
About Us: Chalily is a 15-year-old, family-run pond and garden center with a 5.5-acre location in Wildwood, MO (formerly Fahr Greenhouses).
Ideal for Someone Who:
- Has experience working with plants in a retail environment
- Shows up on time and takes pride in their work
- Is comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Can handle physical tasks — lifting, bending, staying on their feet
- Works well with others and jumps in where help is needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Retail and point-of-sale operations
- Assisting customers with plant selection and questions in-store and over the phone
- Plant maintenance — watering, weeding and pruning
- Fish husbandry — testing water, catching fish and cleaning tanks
- Creating and maintaining seasonal displays indoors and out
- Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Greenhouse work may occur in temperatures exceeding 100°F
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
