The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and self-motivated Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our facility.

This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll be responsible for creating a five-star experience from the moment someone walks in the door to the moment they leave—while also keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

In addition, this role will support our social media presence by helping capture and create short-form video content (primarily Reels) to keep our online presence consistent and authentic.

This position is ideal for someone considering a future career in physical therapy, nutrition, fitness, marketing, or healthcare, or who enjoys a mix of people interaction, customer service and creative work.

  • Be a visible, calm, and helpful presence during busy clinic hours

Team & Administrative Support

  • Assist owners and clinicians with projects as needed
  • Help keep systems organized, supplies stocked, and daily tasks completed
  • Identify small problems before they become big ones

Social Media & Content Support (3–5x per week)

  • Capture short-form video clips in the clinic (with guidance and consent protocols)
  • Help create 3–5 Reels per week highlighting: Training sessions, Recovery tools, Behind-the-scenes clinic life, Educational moments or client wins (as appropriate)
  • Follow simple brand and content guidelines (we will train you)
  • Collaborate with leadership on content ideas and trends
  • No heavy editing or advanced marketing experience required—consistency and initiative matter more than perfection
