The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and self-motivated Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our facility.
This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll be responsible for creating a five-star experience from the moment someone walks in the door to the moment they leave—while also keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
In addition, this role will support our social media presence by helping capture and create short-form video content (primarily Reels) to keep our online presence consistent and authentic.
This position is ideal for someone considering a future career in physical therapy, nutrition, fitness, marketing, or healthcare, or who enjoys a mix of people interaction, customer service and creative work.
Core Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients, patients, and members warmly and professionally
- Check clients in and out of appointments
- Answer phones, return messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and assist clinicians with calendar flow
- Assist with insurance benefit verification for nutrition services (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, laundry flow, and common areas
- Set up and monitor clients during recovery sessions
- Be a visible, calm, and helpful presence during busy clinic hours
Team & Administrative Support
- Assist owners and clinicians with projects as needed
- Help keep systems organized, supplies stocked, and daily tasks completed
- Identify small problems before they become big ones
Social Media & Content Support (3–5x per week)
- Capture short-form video clips in the clinic (with guidance and consent protocols)
- Help create 3–5 Reels per week highlighting: Training sessions, Recovery tools, Behind-the-scenes clinic life, Educational moments or client wins (as appropriate)
- Follow simple brand and content guidelines (we will train you)
- Collaborate with leadership on content ideas and trends
- No heavy editing or advanced marketing experience required—consistency and initiative matter more than perfection

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience with social media or content creation is a plus, but not required

Education
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
