Chaim Gitelis DO PC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program.
This role is ideal for CNAs looking for a more structured schedule and an opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers while supporting residents through innovative monitoring and telehealth programs.
Unlike traditional floor CNA positions, this role focuses on collecting vital signs, supporting telehealth visits, and assisting residents enrolled in our RPM program. There is no heavy lifting or extensive direct-care assignment load, allowing you to focus on resident engagement, monitoring, and quality care support.

Responsibilities
- Collect and document vital signs for residents enrolled in the RPM program
- Monitor assigned residents and ensure accurate reporting of readings
- Recognize abnormal vital sign ranges and notify the clinical team when appropriate
- Assist residents during telehealth visits using a company-provided tablet
- Support providers and care management staff during virtual visits
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with facility staff and the RPM clinical team
Qualifications
- Active CNA license
- Minimum one year of CNA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable using tablets and healthcare technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks thoroughly
Compensation
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour
