Role Description
The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee all aspects of the club’s dining and event services to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations, planning menus, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves budgeting, cost control, and collaborating with the management team to enhance service offerings. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and client relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Culinary skills and experience in food service and food and beverage operations
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost-controlling methods related to food and beverage management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a club or hospitality setting
