Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Chagrin Falls, OH, for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and adhering to all local and club-specific policies regarding food and beverage service. Additionally, the Bartender will collaborate with the team to provide excellent service during club events and regular operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Bartending and preparing a variety of beverages
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effective guest interactions
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and experience in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency with POS systems with attention to accuracy
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a club, restaurant, or bar environment is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
