Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio real estate license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable internet and technology proficiency (MLS, CRM tools, email, mobile apps).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Knowledge of the Chagrin and Northeast Ohio real estate markets.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
