- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized working area

- Efficiently operate POS and receive payment from customers accurately

- Be a fast learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Work well as part of a team with strong work ethic
- Be able to upsell/suggestive sell items or products to all customers
- Be willing to learn other responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments
- Be available to participate in company’s training and content creation when necessary
- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Handler's Permit Needed (Company can assist)
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
- Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
