What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Service Foreman position at Chaffee Industrial Roofing?
- Diagnose roof leaks on all types of flat roof systems. Knowledge of shingle roof systems a plus.
- Make repairs on all types of roof systems using compatible / appropriate products.
- Complete small repair jobs (Curb installations, seam stripping, etc.).
- Complete annual or bi-annual roof maintenance inspections.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through prompt service and professional communication.
- Provide friendly customer interaction.
- Complete paperwork for office / customers as required.
- Drivers license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
