Located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, the Direct to Owner Sales position focuses on engaging with key decision-makers to establish relationships, finalize deals, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new property/business owners in the target market area through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, showcasing the benefits to potential owners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering continuous support
- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Motivated and results driven - required
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment - required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with owners - required
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills - required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively – required

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools - preferred
- Previous experience in a service industry – preferred
