Overview
The ERP Support Specialist position is responsible for providing oversight and support of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains financial system, third-party add-ons, Salespad, and all supporting applications.
To include applications such as Management Reporter, Starship, Smartconnect, and Postmaster.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide application support to ensure rapid solutions are provided to end user problems.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues with SP, SP, Management Reporter and ISV products.
- Accountable for system testing, system upgrade deployment and end user client training.
- Maintain the general finance systems and associated data.
- Create procedures for support staff to fix or repair daily issues.
- Accountable for weekly reconcile procedures and yearly closing procedures.
Requirements
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Pass all pre-employment, background check, and drug testing.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 or SalesPad.
- Strong understanding of core financials, RM, PM, POP, Sop, and of system security.
- Able to define, create, and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance.
- Able to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
