Overview
The Credit Administrator sets up new customer accounts, closes customer accounts, and updates customer information in the CRM tool.
How you will make an impact:
- Ensure prompt, accurate assessment and response to customer issues
- Open and close customer accounts
- Review Customer credit application for completeness
- Update customer data in the CRM tool.
- Send invoices and statements
- Scan and file correspondence
- Assist with special projects as required.
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of prior related work experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with creditors, managers, and coworkers
- Excellent analytical skills, solid critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
