What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Truck Driver position at Chad's Towing and Recovery LLC?
We are looking for our next Rock Star driver to join our team. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. CDL is NOT required.
We looking for an exceptional driver with great customer relations, work ethic, and the drive to be busy. Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed when on call.
Requirements:
- Applicants must live in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls area due to needing to respond to calls quickly for after hours when on-call with your truck that is taken home each night.
- Applicants are required to work along side law enforcement officers and must be in good legal standing with no felony charges.
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record. (Must be able to pass our insurance approval)
- Customer focused relation skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have an eagerness to work.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of your truck, keeping equipment organized, inspecting and reporting any issues with your truck or equipment immediately.
- Must have a sense of urgency and maintain safety awareness for customers and self.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs.
- Need to have a Fed Med card.
Job duties:
Lock outs, fuel drops, jump starts, tire changes, winch outs and off road recoveries, towing of broken down or accident related vehicles.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
