As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Kingery - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Compensation includes a base hourly rate and monthly commissions with the opportunity for an annual travel bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Kingery - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Assist in office targets and grow the client base
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure that all client interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (Life and Health experience is a bonus) ***Willing to help pay and obtain license to the best candidate if not already licensed***
- Proven experience in insurance or a related field
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take advantage of technology.
- Proficiency in analyzing client needs and providing personalized solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
Benefits:
- Hourly Wage $16-$20/hour based on experience
- Commission Pay up to $5,000 /month
