Entry-Level Graphic Designer
Location: Cave Creek, AZ | Part time with growth to full time (Flexible) | Upward Progression Plan
We’re a fun, fast-paced boutique marketing agency in Cave Creek looking for a creative social media-focused Graphic Designer to join our team. Consistent deliverables include a variety of social media and digital placements spanning multiple industries, as well as print media for select projects and partners. Our dream applicant is someone looking to find their place and prove themselves as a graphic designer in a non-traditional agency setting, while still receiving the support and mentorship to foster growth. We're more rock-and-roll than blazers and fancy kicks, but we take deadlines, quality, and client relationships seriously. If you’ve got the eye for design, eager to work, and ready to grow, this role offers hands-on experience and real upward mobility.Responsibilities
- Design social media, web, and marketing content
- Maintain clients' visual identities & tone across all work
- Support branding, layout, and digital asset creation
- Collaborate with the team to bring multi-faceted projects to life
Requirements
- Adobe Creative Suite (Working knowledge of Illustrator Photoshop)
- Comfortable working within an existing Canva template workflow
- Passion and precision across all work
- Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and color theory
- Understanding of basic print practices
- Team player eager to grow alongside a diverse group of creatives
- Ability to consistently commute to office in Cave Creek
