Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fine dining environment
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Background in restaurant and kitchen operations
- Experience with meal preparation and catering services
- Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department functions
- Excellent food service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant's fine dining standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create innovative dishes.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring each dish meets aesthetic and taste expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while managing inventory and supplies.
- Provide exceptional service and support in catering events as needed.
