We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Biopharma Commercial Analytics to help drive business value through powerful data insights and stakeholder collaboration.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Facilitate requirement gathering and develop clear user stories & wireframes
✅ Drive Power BI dashboard functionality, usability, and adoption
✅ Define and validate KPIs (NRx, TRx, Market Share, Call Frequency, etc.)
✅ Support UAT, field training, and post-launch issue resolution
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, data architects, SMEs, field ops)
✅ Ensure data source alignment (Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL)
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 9–11 years as a Business Analyst with strong biopharmaceutical commercial experience
✔️ Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL
✔️ Deep understanding of sales & field metrics, reporting logic, and agile methodologies
✔️ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
✔️ Experience supporting commercial teams across the drug development lifecycle
📌 Good To Have:
• Exposure to field engagement tools (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA)
• Experience building dashboards or working in commercial launch settings
• Working in EST time zone preferred
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (Master’s is a plus)
Continued technical learning through certifications or self-study
