Senior BA/QA (6–10 Years of US experience; 14 years of Experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior contract BA/QA professional to lead requirements definition and quality assurance for complex investment performance reporting initiatives in an asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering and process analysis across portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and client reporting workstreams
• Own functional design documentation, traceability matrices, and test strategies
• Drive end-to-end QA planning and execution including integration, regression, and UAT phases
• Partner with platform vendors (Addepar, Black Diamond, First Rate) on configuration validation and issue resolution
• Act as subject matter resource for business stakeholders and guide junior BA/QA team members
Required Skills & Experience
• 6–10 years of BA/QA experience with 3 years in asset management or investment operations
• Deep functional knowledge of Addepar, Black Diamond, or First Rate — including data models, reporting modules, and integrations
• Strong grasp of investment performance standards (GIPS familiarity a plus), portfolio accounting, and client reporting workflows
• Experience leading UAT and managing test environments across multi-system landscapes
