Senior AI/ML Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO
**Note: Onsite role and in-person interview is mandatory
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong Python and hands-on LLM experience to build AI agents and RAG solutions for production applications.
Key Skills:
- 10 years of software development experience with strong Python
- 2 years of hands-on LLM/Generative AI development
- Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Experience building RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and answer generation
- Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, tool calling, and streaming
- Strong Async Python experience with asyncio, FastAPI, and httpx
- Good understanding of prompt engineering and structured JSON responses
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience building reliable applications with retry, error handling, logging, and monitoring
Good to Have:
- Multi-agent AI systems and LangGraph StateGraph
- WebSocket / SSE
- Langfuse or other LLM observability tools
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, OpenSearch, or pgvector
- Multimodal/vision AI
- AWS services such as EKS, Aurora, IAM, and SSM
- Telecom or field-service experience
