Job Title: Scrum & Technical Project Manager
Location: Whippany, NJ Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Scrum & Technical Project Manager to lead agile delivery across multiple technology teams. The role will focus on Scrum management, project/portfolio delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate across multiple Agile teams and manage Scrum of Scrums.
- Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Manage project/portfolio tracking using Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and EazyBI.
- Monitor delivery performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Support production issue management, root-cause analysis, and prioritization.
- Drive Agile best practices, process improvements, and change management.
- Support the adoption of automation and AI across requirements, development, testing, and release processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Technical Project Management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and/or EazyBI.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with portfolio/project management and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
