You'll own our clients after onboarding: keep them happy, keep them with us, and find every opportunity to round out their coverage. When you write new business or save a client at renewal, you get paid for it.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound client calls and coverage questions.
- Process policy changes and endorsements.
- Work with underwriters to get clients what they need.
- Run renewal reviews and reshop coverage when it makes sense, so clients stay with us.
- Cross-sell: spot gaps (auto without home, home without flood, no umbrella) and close them.
- Keep clean, detailed records of every client interaction.
You're a Fit If You
- Like selling and are motivated by earning more when you produce more.
- Have a General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Have independent agency experience. That's a big plus; you'll already know multi-carrier quoting and reshopping.
- Are organized, calm under pressure, and follow up until it's fixed.
