- Oversee construction observation, contract management, and administrative support activities.
- Manage cost estimating, value engineering, and schedule management functions
- Monitor building envelope repairs, MEP system upgrades, and associated construction options
- Ensure project compliance with GSA PBS Core Building Standards
- Ability to travel regularly to St. Albans, VT

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience on construction projects
- Experience with major renovation Design-Build projects
- Familiarity with federal projects, GSA facilities, or government construction contracts strongly preferred
