Qualifications:
Candidates must have
Candidates should provide information on at least 5 projects on which the candidate provided scheduling services, including type of building, scope of project, and dollar value.
Preference will be given be given to candidates with experience providing scheduling services on projects involving federal government owned and/or leased buildings.
Candidates must have
- At least 5 years’ experience providing scheduling services on building construction projects
- Experience providing scheduling services on at least two building projects with construction values of at least $20 million
- Experience providing scheduling services on building construction projects involving new construction and building projects involving renovations
- Demonstrated competency with Primavera 6 and/or Microsoft Project
