Cha & Associates Inc. is looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Producer to join our Madison, WI team. This is a sales-driven position for someone who enjoys prospecting, following up, closing opportunities, and building a book of business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new customers through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
• Build relationships and uncover customers' insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
• Educate customers on products, coverage options, and discounts.
• Cross-sell and bundle products when appropriate.
• Ask for the sale and work opportunities through to the close.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale and beyond.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Positive, professional, and coachable.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continually improve.
• Enjoys being part of a team while taking ownership of individual results.
