- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In Office)
- Rotating on-call schedule every other week, including weekends, with a company cell phone provided.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily loads and schedules.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers, drivers, and internal staff to coordinate freight movements.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation.
- Respond quickly to schedule changes, delays, and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily operations.
- Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
