Responsibilities
- Perform thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about vehicle needs and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for automotive repairs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, minimum three years experience, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience in automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle performance accurately.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and standards.
- Ability to perform auto body repair as needed.
- Knowledge of powertrain systems, their components, and electrical is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication.

- Certification is required either before or shortly after hire.
