Sales Managers are the face of the brand – as the first person prospects engage with when considering contracting with us to build their dream home. 

Typical qualities and duties performed include: 

·      Highly engaging, and professional relationship building skills with the business maturity to relate and connect with home buyers, real estate agents, and land developers.

·      Incentive oriented sales professional.

·      Strong communication skills both verbal & written.

·      Presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

·      Outstanding listening and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong personal organizational skills.

·      Extensive experience with software and technology.

·      Understand new construction financing for new home construction.

·      Understand the basics of the home building process.

·      Enjoys networking and prospecting.

·      Create quality client service, guiding clients throughout the new home sales process.

·      Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork.

·      Conduct selections meetings with clients for home options.

·      Obtain, document, and analyze market data critical to remaining competitive.

·      Strong computer skills (CRM & ERP experience a plus).

·      Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Education/Preferred Experience:

·      High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.

·      1-2 years experience with construction and new home sales.

·      Any proven track record of sales success.

Job Type: Full-time

Commission Only: (Approx $144,000/year with 2 home sales/month at $400,000 per home.

We are in the business of franchising new home construction across the country with the focus of establishing small teams to build quality homes.

1.      People:  Employees become members of a 5-person team structure and receive robust personalized onboarding coaching to learn their role so they can deliver results with excellence. Employees contribute to being a part of an exciting small business with lots of room for growth.

2.      Process:  Team members work synchronously to take the home buyer from prospect to home closing. Our system provides a prescriptive methodology consisting of processes and procedures coupled with software to deliver on sales, starts, and closings, and outstanding “likely to recommend” scores.

3.      Product:  Home buyers originate from our marketing system.  Team members have resources and tools of a big national builder to produce highly personalized homes. Home buyers start with one of our 25 different models and receive the value benefits of a production homebuilder, along with unique-to-them luxury options that make the home their own.
