Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Maker / Reclaim Technician to join our production team. This role is essential to keeping our screen printing department running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll handle screen coating, burning, reclaiming, and maintenance to ensure high-quality prints for every job.
Responsibilities:
- Coat, expose, and reclaim screens for the screen printing department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the screen room
- Keep track of screen inventory and ensure proper mesh counts are available
- Mix and handle chemicals safely (degreasers, emulsion removers, etc.)
- Assist with screen registration and setup as needed
- Work closely with the print team to meet daily production deadlines
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures accurately
- Previous screen printing or production experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Occasional overtime during peak production periods
