General Description:

Key Holder – Job Description

The Key Holder plays a vital role in creating an elevated, welcoming, and impeccably organized shopping environment for our clientele. This position embodies the brand’s service standards by delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering loyalty, and supporting the development of new and existing team members through exemplary conduct and product expertise.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leadership & People Development

• Serve as a role model by consistently demonstrating the brand’s values, service standards, and professional conduct.
• Support the development of new and existing team members through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing product knowledge reinforcement.
• Foster a collaborative, positive boutique environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Business Performance & KPI Management

• Support achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly boutique sales goals by understanding KPIs and achieving individual results.
• Leverage product knowledge, selling techniques, and client insights to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify performance trends and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Client Experience & Relationship Building

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with luxury‑retail standards.
• Maintain and grow the Client Book through thoughtful follow‑up and relationship-driven service.
• Anticipate client needs with curated recommendations and elevated service.
• Conduct daily virtual fitting room pitches (per leadership directive)
• Continues ongoing education and product knowledge training; attends Train-the-Trainer sessions to further develop expertise

Operations, Compliance & Store Excellence

• Ensure all store operations are completed with professionalism and adherence to guidelines.
• Support inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and loss‑prevention.
• Uphold store readiness and maintain FOH/BOH excellence.

Brand Image & Visual Merchandising

• Serve as a brand expert, inspiring the team with deep product knowledge and passion for the brand’s heritage.

Execute visual merchandising directives with attention to detail.

• Ensure the sales floor is pristine, replenished, and aligned with guidelines.
• Protect brand identity through elevated presentation standards.

Communications & Partnership

• Serve as a communication link between leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with peers and management to support store initiatives.
• Contribute insights and support boutique strategy and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury, premium, or fashion retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect authentically with clients.
• Excellent product‑presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to luxury boutique standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong POS accuracy and comfort with handling transactions.
• Professional, polished presentation aligned with brand standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

• Delivers elevated, personalized service and builds lasting client relationships through effective Client Book management.
• Understands sales goals and KPIs, using product knowledge and selling skills to drive performance.

• Maintains a pristine boutique environment and ensures visual standards reflect the brand’s luxury identity.
• Communicates clearly, supports store leadership, and partners effectively with the team.
• Handles challenges with composure, makes sound decisions, and adapts quickly to changing business needs.
• Demonstrates reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct—especially when handling store keys and assets.
