Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Consultant to support our organization's migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is primarily a post Go Live role in the Pittsburgh area.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in hypercare and ongoing system administration and support
- Investigate and triage incidents, using Service Now
- Prioritize issues and escalate to Managed Services Provider
- Run existing reconciliation reports and author new ones as needed
- Participate in analysis and regression of quarterly Oracle Fusion releases
Testing & Validation
- Develop and execute test cases for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to SCM and Procurement modules.
Training & Post-Go-Live Support
- Contribute to user training materials and reference guides.
- Provide post-go-live issue support and help identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Redwood
- Understanding of supply chain and procurement business workflows.
- Experience with system testing, functional documentation, and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication abilities and comfort working with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Exposure to data migration or integration projects.
- Experience in ERP or cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience in the following modules (ranked in order of importance)
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Manufacturing
- AR and AP
- Projects
- General Ledger
