Electrical Superintendent – Semiconductor Construction (Arizona)

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on a major semiconductor construction project in Arizona. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to manage large crews, and a commitment to safety and quality on a fast‑paced industrial site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical field operations, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure work meets project specifications, NEC standards, and semiconductor facility requirements
• Coordinate daily with project managers, GCs, and other trades
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical scopes
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
• Review drawings, identify conflicts, and support field engineering
• Track progress, manpower, materials, and provide daily reporting
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and on‑time milestone completion

Qualifications

• 5 years as an Electrical Superintendent or Electrical Foreman leading large crews
• Industrial or semiconductor construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC, industrial electrical systems, and cleanroom‑related work
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Must pass an electrical assessment test prior to onboarding
