Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Project Coordinator to support a semiconductor construction project in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating piping or industrial construction activities and be comfortable working between the field, fabrication shop, contractors, suppliers, and project team.

Candidates with a background in commercial plumbing, piping coordination, or project engineering may also be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically verify and administratively track materials that are staged, installed, and transmitted throughout the project.
• Coordinate Fab Shop logistics with carriers, contractors, vendors, and project team members.
• Coordinate the movement and delivery of piping materials and equipment to support project schedules.
• Procure and coordinate materials in accordance with the project schedule and installation requirements.
• Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages, delays, or logistical issues to the project team.
• Coordinate with field personnel and fabrication teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of material status and project activities.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, carriers, and internal project teams to resolve logistical and material-related issues.
• Support project coordination activities as needed to keep piping work progressing according to schedule.
• Work in a fast-paced industrial construction/semiconductor environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Piping Project Coordinator or in a similar project coordination role within industrial construction.
• Previous experience supporting piping projects in industrial construction is required.
• Experience with semiconductor process piping is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with a commercial plumbing, piping, or project engineering background may be considered.
• Experience coordinating materials, fabrication, logistics, procurement, and field installation activities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, contractors, suppliers, carriers, and project management.
• Ability to physically verify materials and their status in the field.
• Ability to work effectively in a construction/site environment.
• English proficiency required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
