We are seeking Industrial Journeyman Electricians who are knowledgeable in installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage systems, motor controls, automation equipment, and adherence to strict safety standards. The Journeyman works independently or as part of a team, ensuring that electrical systems are functional, safe, and compliant with industrial codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance of Industrial Electrical Systems:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in industrial environments.
• Work on large-scale electrical systems including motors, transformers, generators, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Install and maintain control systems, industrial automation, and instrumentation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in high-voltage and complex systems, including motor controls, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and variable frequency drives.
• Use electrical testing devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging cameras to detect issues.
• Running conduit Rigid and EMT, Pull wire, Terminate, Cable trays
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to modify electrical layouts.
• Ensure that electrical documentation is up to date and complies with industry standards.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.
• Education: Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program, with training focused on industrial electrical systems, automation, and controls.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including motor controls, high-voltage systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Skilled in the use of electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, mergers, ammeters).
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including LOTO, arc flash, and OSHA reg
