Bilingual Construction Recruiter (English/Spanish REQUIRED)

CGS Global is growing quickly and we need a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Recruiter who can move fast, manage high‑volume hiring, and keep multiple job orders filled. Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire skilled construction workers across multiple trades
• Post jobs, source candidates, and manage high‑volume pipelines
• Complete onboarding: I‑9s, E‑Verify, compliance documentation
• Support multiple clients and job orders at once
• Screen applicants, answer calls, and maintain accurate records
• Update spreadsheets, logs, and ATS entries

Requirements

• Bilingual REQUIRED: English & Spanish
• Construction recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Experience with TempWorks or similar ATS systems
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with urgency
