Our nationwide Financial Services customer is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in mortgage loan servicing platforms, large-scale servicing migrations, and enterprise implementation programs. This individual will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on subject matter expert, driving complex servicing platform initiatives from program design through execution and post-implementation support.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing servicing platform migrations such as Sagent to MSP ICE/ISIS (or similar platform transformations), along with strong technical understanding, timeline ownership, stakeholder management, and configuration support capabilities. This role requires someone who can operate at both the executive and tactical level while ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level loan servicing platform implementations and migration programs from initiation through production stabilization.
  • Manage complex servicing conversions including Sagent to MSP ICE/ISIS migrations or comparable servicing platform transitions.
  • Serve as a hands-on program leader providing detailed program oversight, governance, issue resolution, and delivery execution.
  • Drive program design, implementation strategy, roadmap development, and milestone planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, servicing operations, business analysts, vendors, QA, and executive leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) related to mortgage servicing platforms, servicing workflows, and operational impacts.
  • Oversee timeline management, dependencies, risk mitigation, escalation management, and executive reporting.
  • Support servicing platform configuration activities and collaborate closely with technical teams during implementation and testing phases.
  • Lead LOS (Loan Origination System) and CRM implementation initiatives tied to servicing transformation programs.
  • Ensure data mapping, integration validation, and migration readiness activities are completed successfully.
  • Facilitate program status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support UAT planning, go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization efforts.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and establish best practices for future servicing migrations and implementations.


Requirements

  • 8 years of Program Management experience leading large-scale mortgage technology initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with mortgage loan servicing platforms and servicing operations.
  • Proven experience managing servicing platform migrations such as Sagent, MSP ICE/ISIS, or equivalent servicing systems.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage servicing lifecycle, servicing transfers, and operational workflows.
  • Experience leading LOS implementations, CRM implementations, and servicing transformation initiatives.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to support configuration discussions, integrations, and data mapping activities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise implementation timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to operate as both strategic program leader and detailed execution-focused manager.
  • Experience working with mortgage technology consulting or implementation firms preferred.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors, engineering teams, servicing operations, and business stakeholders.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field preferred.
